Today is a layover day . Many riders are cleaning and fixing their bikes as in the picture. Some went shopping. Not Bettye and I- we just got back from 9 holes of golf. We got on our bikes, pedaled a few miles, rented clubs, guy in shop gave us each 5 balls(I lost 2), used our biking gloves as a golf glove and off we went. We did miss our Lange clubs. Bettye's were antiques and mine were afoot too long for me but we did have fun. Used different muscles and we didn't have to sit on a seat to do it!We're going shopping now to get some goodies for an Oprah party.
We will be back on the road tomorrow.
